Xbmc Windows Media Player Stream
I m having trouble with windows 7/Windows Media Player 12 s play to feature as well. Unlike veehexx, I CAN right click an mp3, and play-to xbmc - it DOES show in the list. However, once I do this, the play to window comes up, and it says, Please wait, contacting network device, and then Device is not responding while at the song list, it just stays at Contacting media server and never does anything.
I have the option for xbmc to be controlled through UPNP set to on.
I m running T3CH XBMC 2010-04-27 SVN rev29407.
I allowed xbmc in the network sharing center choose homegroup and sharing options choose media streaming options and allow the xbmc renderer
I downloaded Cidero UPnP A/V controller, and that works to control the xbox s xbmc, and push music to it. Doesn t wanna work with windows media player though.
