I can t find a driver for an HP OfficeJet 6600 for Mac OS 10.9. HP site says just run software updates but when I do it tells me there are no updates available.

Dear Sir/Madam.

I have a problem with installing a network printer.

I have connected to HP LaserJet CP1025 color and HP LaserJEt 1020 on my computer using OS Microsot Windows 7 64-bits and I share it on a network. For the same OS computer, it is ok. But for Computer using OS Micorosft Windows 7 32-bits cannot install my sharing printer. It popus this massage Windows cannot connect to the printer. The local print spooler service is not running. Please restart the spooler or restart the machine.

I tried to find the answer from the internet and following their step to restart the spooler but still popup the same massage. So please help me to solve this problem. Thanks

I am having printing issues with just one device in my house. It worked on the Windows 8 right up to the minute I had to download 8.1. It prints if I go into the utilities and print a test pagebut not if i print from a document. I was successful in scanning to my laptop though.

I have about 10 OfficeJet Pro 8600 s deployed for a small/medium business. I will post my questions separately, as I presume this will keep things organized.

Is there a way to install the Software without FAX-OfficeJet Pro 8600 showing up in the printers list. I do a lot of installs where we don t use fax. Sometimes it will not delete from the printers list. Keeps re-appearing. It confuses and frustrates my users. Thanks.

My current Firmware is CLP1CN1232AR

Downloaded current fw CLP1CN1322CR

Ran printer updater. It finds my printer. Cannot select it to proceed. Greyed out. Status Not applicable.

What is the meaning of this impasse.

Also, can the update be done via front panel usb.

my printer won t print. it says something is deleting in the que but it won t go away. help

I am running Win 8.1 on Asus laptop. Hp printer/scanner working just fine, do not know when but the shortcut button that I always use to open the printer and use the scanner feature no longer works. Click it and it does nothing, acts like it is thinking for a second, but that is it. I can print from the print option in documnets and webpages fine, and the HP printand scan doctor I donwloaded scanned an image fine, so I know the 8500 is ok, but the software is not. I have already uninstalled and reloaded, shut down, updates, etc. Anyone please help.
